Customer Service SeminarThe Cheboygan Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting a customer service seminar on Thursday, May 29th 2008 at the Cheboygan Public Library. Bill Quiseng, General Manager for the Inn at Bay Harbor – A Renaissance Golf Resort, will be sharing the tips and tricks for giving great customer service in a two hour seminar. He will cover everything from how to greet customers on the phone to how to create an atmosphere for return business.
