Customer Service Seminar

The Cheboygan Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting a customer service seminar on Thursday, May 29th 2008 at the Cheboygan Public Library. Bill Quiseng, General Manager for the Inn at Bay Harbor – A Renaissance Golf Resort, will be sharing the tips and tricks for giving great customer service in a two hour seminar. He will cover everything from how to greet customers on the phone to how to create an atmosphere for return business. Your staff will return from this seminar energized and eager to put the tips into practice.
