Leadership Cheboygan is designed to identify emerging leaders in Cheboygan who might participate well in future civic leadership roles.  It will provide them with the essential leadership skills to plan for and respond to future Cheboygan County challenges while helping them gain an understanding of the various sectors of the community, as well as some of the needs within each sector and the resources that are available throughout Cheboygan County.

In addition to the monthly sessions, participants will be matched with a mentor who will help open doors to personal and professional growth.  They will also participate in a class coordinated community service project that benefits an area nonprofit and explore their personal leadership development through literary self-study.
